i found excellent facilities near the hotel. the room had space and felt clean. i also enjoyed the food, it had quality and was nicely done. i found it an enjoyable stay overall.

the location of my room seemed odd. there were logs of woods right outside the door. the room rate felt high considering the services.

I found a comfortable bed and the staff were happy to help with directions. the breakfast was great and the bar staff seemed friendly. i had a spacious room too. It had everything i needed for my stay.

The music from the bars downstairs was audible until late. the car park was difficult to find. The postcode is different from the hotel's. the shower didn't drain away well either, a bit annoying

street noise slow service

The noise was just... wow. my room faced the street. I think they were holding a demolition derby outside all night. i swear the walls were made of paper too. i heard every conversation, every footstep, every... everything. plus, waiting 40 minutes for tea at breakfast? that's practically a declaration of war.

The staff was very helpful and attentive from arrival to departure. our classic double room offered plenty of space. Cleanliness was evident throughout. breakfast had a short wait, but the cooked breakfast was worth it. Continental selection was available during the wait.

The bar seemed closed when we returned from the theatre. Getting a drink required duty manager intervention.
