The noise was just... wow. my room faced the street. I think they were holding a demolition derby outside all night. i swear the walls were made of paper too. i heard every conversation, every footstep, every... everything. plus, waiting 40 minutes for tea at breakfast? that's practically a declaration of war.

The staff was very helpful and attentive from arrival to departure. our classic double room offered plenty of space. Cleanliness was evident throughout. breakfast had a short wait, but the cooked breakfast was worth it. Continental selection was available during the wait.

The bar seemed closed when we returned from the theatre. Getting a drink required duty manager intervention.
